Usage Data

We may use standard analytics tools to collect anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use this website: pages visited, time on site, and referral sources. This data does not identify individual visitors.

Payment Data

This website does not collect or store payment card information. Card numbers and security codes are never stored by Tote Sweet Home; payments go through a payment provider.

Rental Records

A rental needs your contact details, both addresses, your dates, equipment counts, your acceptance of the rental agreement and payment-provider references.

How We Use Your Information

• To confirm your rental, and schedule delivery and pickup
• To reply to questions and quote requests
• To run the realtor gift certificate program
• To improve this website and our service

Photos and Access Notes

Operational photos and access instructions are private and limited to authorized staff. Marketing, sign placement and public photo use each need a separate permission. An agent sharing your contact details does not mean you agreed to marketing.

Who Handles What

Apex manages this website’s content and marketing. A separate Tote Sweet Home application manages rental fulfillment. Only the information needed for approved connections between them is shared.

Public yard-sign and marker links never show household names, addresses, gift codes or rental dates.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our deliveries, and only as needed for them to do so.
