TSH-01 · Four stages

What happens, and when.

1. 01

   Before delivery

   Send both addresses, your move date and access details. Standard handoffs need a safe, ground-level spot. Stairs, elevators, parking limits or an unknown destination get a quick review from us first.

2. 02

   While you pack

   Use the totes within their supplied load and stack limits, and keep dense things in lighter loads. Removable labels are included. Packing materials and moving labor are not.

3. 03

   When you’re ready

   Empty the totes, peel off your labels, clear out any debris and nest them. Gather the lids and dollies at the agreed pickup spot.

4. 04

   If dates change

   Ask for a change or an extension. We recheck stock, route windows and the cleaning buffer before we confirm the new date.
