Who moves my packed totes?
You or your mover. Tote Sweet Home delivers and collects empty rental equipment, not household goods.
What comes with a stack?
Matching lids, one dolly, room labels, 14 days, and one scheduled delivery and pickup within approved coverage.
Can I keep the included realtor gift without upgrading?
Yes. The included 20-tote stack is shown first. More totes are optional, and tax treatment will be shown before live checkout.
What if my closing date changes?
Ask for new dates. We check inventory, route windows and the cleaning buffer before we confirm.
Can I extend?
Ask for a seven-day extension. The rate depends on your stack size, and extensions depend on availability.
How big are the totes?
We’ll publish the tote model, its measured dimensions and safe load limits once it’s qualified. We don’t promise a set bedroom count.
Can you leave totes if I’m not home?
Only with your clear go-ahead in advance, for a named spot that’s safe and easy to reach.
What happens after pickup?
We count, inspect, clean and dry every tote. A returned tote isn’t automatically ready for the next rental.
